Fees & Expenses
A: Fees are predicated

Program Overview
A: This comprehensive
ESD program evaluation service will provide a detailed
audit of the client’s facility ESD program and
control elements to the highest professional standards
in preparation for S20.20 certification. This service
will confirm the client’s capability to control
their process to current or future needs. In addition,
it will identify areas that may require further attention
as may be necessary prior to the facility’s formal
S20.20certification audit.
Prior to arrival, an SH&A
professional ESD Program Project Manager with Lead Assessor/Auditor
qualifications will interview key personnel and request
documents concerning existing ESD control, training
and related support programs.
The SH&A Project Manager
will perform a preliminary examination of the facility
and entire manufacturing process accompanied at all
times by client ESD coordinator(s), area supervisors
and, or responsible manager. The SH&A professional
will then perform a pre-assessment audit to determine
the facility’s prospects for achieving formal
certification. This will include a comprehensive review
of documentation, and facility control procedures. During
the audit a variety of assessments and information exchange
will be conducted, including measurements by client
personnel as appropriate to the operation, process needs
and certification objective.
The SH&A professional will
summarize his findings and provide recommendations while
onsite. Upon completion of the trial audit and process
analysis, SH&A will submit a final report to the
client. Should program modifications be required, the
SH&A Project Manager will perform a GAP analysis
on final documents for assessment to S20.20 requirements.
