Program Overview
A: This comprehensive
ESD program evaluation service will provide a complete
audit and assessment of the client’s facility
ESD program and control elements to the highest professional
standards in final preparation for S20.20 certification.
This program will confirm the client’s capability
to become successfully certified to S20.20, and identify
conformance issues that may require further attention
prior to S20.20 audit by a qualified registrar.
Prior to arrival, an SH&A
professional ESD Program Project Manager with Lead Assessor/Auditor
qualifications will interview key personnel and request
documents concerning existing ESD control and training
programs.
The SH&A Project Manager
will perform a comprehensive audit of the facility and
entire manufacturing process and all related documentation
to assess the facility’s prospects for formal
certification. During the audit a variety of assessments
and information exchange will be conducted, including
measurements by client personnel as appropriate to the
operation, process needs and certification objective.
The SH&A professional will
report his findings, identifying any major or minor
non-conformances while onsite and in a final written
opinion.
