Stephen Halperin & Associates, Ltd. was formed in 1983 in response to the demand for comprehensive static control support. Today, SH&A provides a variety of essential electrostatic services including testing, training, product and market development, auditing and facility evaluation, and ESD program design.

From our modern laboratory facilities and administrative offices in Bensenville, IL, we serve manufacturers and users of ESD products and services worldwide.

We are members of the American Council of Independent Laboratories and a member of the National Conference of Standards Laboratories.
